Included in this month's line-up of 10 Supercar prizes is the legendary Porsche 997 GT3 RS. A product of Porsche Motorsport and regular victor at Nürburg, it's definitely not for the faint hearted. Take it to the Nürburgring and you’d better have shares in Michelin and Shell, because you won’t be stopping until the track closes!
The engine is a masterpiece - the smooth-spinning six’s mid-range bellow becomes a thinner, almost manic howl beyond 5000rpm. You’d think it couldn’t get any better...but it does, kicking again at 7000rpm and lunging for the 8400rpm limiter.
Of the ten Supercars to choose from this month the GT3 RS gets pole position and if you choose to take it home you will also receive an additional £15,000 cash, which should keep you in tyres and trips to Nürburg for a while!
